Month-to-Month Program Terms

  • What's NOT Included:
    • Call Center Functionality
    • This is a "Soft Solution" only and will not include any hardware, onsite implementation or onsite Technical Services.  All setup and support will be done remotely.
    • Unless stated otherwise, the Month-to-Month Program is reserved for Non-Votacall Customers.

       

  • Month-to-Month Terms of Service:  Customer will adhere to the general Terms of Service as laid out in the Master Service AgreementUSAGE: Customer will be responsible for all usage not covered by the Unlimited Usage plan which is laid out in the Master Service Agreement.  PAYMENT: Customer will supply a payment method prior to Activation; 1. Debit Card 2. Credit Card 3. ACH Banking Information.  E911: If we do NOT port your numbers during the Trial and Votacall supplies Customer with a temporary Phone Number for Customer to forward their existing number to, the Solution will not be E911 compliant. Termination: Customer must give Votacall 30 Days Notice of their intent to cancel.  Customer will be responsible for any invoices during that 30 day period. 

     

    The Month-to-Month program, to the extent permitted by law, provides the Services “AS IS” and without warranty or indemnity, and all other terms otherwise apply.  Votacall will not be liable for any loss of business, security breaches, toll fraud during the Trial Period. Votacall's Liability is governed by the Master Service Agreement as is all other applicable terms not addressed in the Month-to Month Terms of Service.

    By signing the Service Agreement, customer acknowledges and agrees to the Month-to-Month Program Terms and the Terms of Service laid out in the Master Service Agreement.
