Climate Controlled
Redundant HVAC, CRAC + CRAH cooling systems are in place to compensate for high heat loads and humidity ensure the internal climate is perfect for the Votacall platform.
Geographically Diverse
We placed nodes in strategically selected geographically diverse data centers to mitigate the risk of interruptions associated with regional events and natural disasters.
Biometric Checkpoints
Access to the Votacall platform requires passing through multiple checkpoints secured by a physical presence, closed circuit video surveillance and biometric technology.
Audited + Certified
All Votacall data centers audited under SSAE 18 SOC 2 Type II, PCI-DSS, GLBA and HIPAA standards annually. ITAR and EU-US Privacy Shield registered.
Power: BC/DR
All data centers have UPS-protected systems with A/B power distribution, (3) power sources, N+1 generators and (2) 800-ton N+1 chiller plants for total redundancy.

Security + Reliability
Call Encryption
Votacall has the ability to encrypt every communication between your device and our platform with Transport Layer Security (TLS) and Secure Real-Time Transport Protocol (SRTP) for an added layer of protection. Call Encryption is an optional service that must be requested.
Diverse Carriers
All our eggs are NOT in one basket! Our data centers are carrier-neutral facilities allowing us to leverage multiple diverse carriers to ensure a reliable and consistent business voice experience.
Fraud Prevention
We monitor activity to isolate calling irregularities and suspicious patterns to prevent fraudulent activity. We also incorporate control policies, blacklists and usage throttling for additional layers of protection.
